Create alias

Creates an alias of the selected node(s). An alias node may also be created by selecting the “Create Alias” command in the “Model” menu. Creating an alias of an alias is equivalent of creating an alias of the node referred to by the first alias.

Note that if you hold down the Command key while clicking the “Create alias” button, the “Move to other…” dialog box will appear, and you may transfer the newly created alias to another directory.

This button is not present in the “Edge table view toolbar”.
